Mike Hooligan

Mike has over three decades of experience servicing the greater Philadelphia and New York area. He has traveled to international conventions in every major city and been a guest at tattoo shops around the world. That experience shows in his craftsmanship, versatile portfolio, and exceptional tattooing.

Outside tattooing, Mike spends his time painting, participating in art shows, appearing in numerous publications, and contributing to the local punk and hardcore scene. At home, he loves spending time with his three dogs. Mike can make any request come to life on your skin.
